Project Overview
In Spanish, Ocio means leisure. To our residents, it means ease and well-being, the reasons they choose to live with us. We worked closely with Blackstone’s LivCor and Greystar to position the Phoenix-based property as the essence of an oasis and uncomplicated comfort. From brand strategy and identity development to comprehensive design experience, we delivered an Ocio presence that has attracted a host of residents.
